NUMIA · Last updated: June 14, 2026
Effective for all versions of NUMIANUMIA ("the App") is an independent math puzzle game developed and operated by an independent developer ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. For any privacy-related inquiries, you can reach us at support.numia@gmail.com.
We do not collect, store, or process any personal information. All game progress (your current level, scores, and settings) is stored locally on your device only using the device's built-in storage (AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us under any circumstances. We have no servers, no accounts, and no backend that receives your data.
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve relevant ads, AdMob may automatically collect:
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us, in accordance with their policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g. removing banner ads, hint packs). Note: the "Remove Ads" purchase removes only banner ads. Optional rewarded ads (used to earn hints) remain available by user choice.
All purchases are processed exclusively by the platform's app store —
Apple (App Store) on iOS and Google Play on Android.
We do not receive, store, or have access to any payment information, credit card details,
or billing data. Purchase transactions are governed by the respective store's privacy policy:

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will ask for your permission before allowing AdMob to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information at all, no such data exists on our end. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us.
Since we do not collect or process any personal data ourselves, the majority of GDPR data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) do not apply to us directly — there is simply no data we hold about you.
Before any personalised advertising data is processed for users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the App presents a Google-certified consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform). You may consent or refuse, and you can review or withdraw your choice at any time via Settings → Manage consent in the App.
For data collected by Google AdMob on your device, you can exercise your GDPR rights directly with Google:
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (DPA).
NUMIA itself does not operate servers or collect personal information. However, the Google AdMob SDK in the App may collect device identifiers and usage data to show personalised ads. Under some U.S. state privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA), this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
You can opt out of this "sale"/"sharing" at any time via Settings → Manage consent in the App ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"), or through your device's advertising settings (see Section 5). Residents of California and other U.S. states retain the right to know, delete, opt out, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
For advertising-related data collected by Google AdMob, please refer to
Google's CCPA page:

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App. We retain no data on any external server — there is nothing to delete on our end.
With your permission, the App may send local reminder notifications (for example, your daily challenge). These reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device — no data is sent to us or to any server, and we operate no push-notification service. You can turn them off at any time in Settings → Alerts in the App, or in your device's system settings.
The App integrates the following third-party services:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
